A crash on eastbound I-94 near I-75 in Detroit has left one woman dead and two children injured Sunday night.
Emergency crews responded to I-94 at Chene following reports of a crash. A female driver was pronounced dead at the scene, while two children were injured and taken to a nearby hospital.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. All eastbound lanes of I-94 near I-75 remain closed. This is the second fatal crash on a freeway in less than 12 hours.
