Wild light at the Detroit Zoo are back

One of metro Detroit’s most popular holiday events is back this season.

Wild Lights, the Detroit Zoo’s annual holiday light display.

Starting November 19, more than 5 million twinkling LED lights will brighten the evening sky and illuminate buildings, 445 trees, and 280 sculptures.

You will also have the opportunity to attend the Polar Express 4D Theater.

There will be a wild night’s lounge- a festive oasis filled with holiday décor, live entertainment, bar service, s’mores and more!

Wildlife Photographer of the Year- The exhibition features exceptional images that capture fascinating animal behavior, spectacular species, and the breathtaking diversity of the natural world.

Tickets are on sale at wildlights.detroitzoo.org. All tickets must be purchased in advance online or at the Detroit Zoo during daytime hours; walk-up tickets will not be sold at the gate.
