Video shows the moments a suspect kidnapped a teen in Detroit over a money dispute last night.
Police first received reports of a teenage girl being taken by a suspect armed with a rifle. The female suspect allegedly threatened to harm her until the money was returned.
Investigators tracked the girl to a home near Puritan and Appoline. After a brief standoff, officers arrested multiple suspects and safely recovered the girl.
The incident stemmed from the suspect’s believing that someone who knew the teen had stolen money.
