The annual Uncle Sam Jam Festival returns to downriver July 11-13, offering free family fun and entertainment.

On Friday, July 11, the festival wraps up the night with a fireworks display at dusk. Then on Saturday, July 12 at 10 p.m., more than 100 drones will light up the sky
