2 people have been arrested in connection to the disappearance and death of missing Inkster teen London Thomas.
Her body was found near a home in the area of 8 Mile & Telegraph in Southfield. We are told Inkster police detectives received a tip earlier today that led to the discovery.
17-year-old London Thomas was last seen on Saturday, April 5. London was seen on Carlysle Street in Inkster, according to family.
Police say that there are currently two suspects in custody who are believed to be involved but have not released their identities.
“Due to jurisdictional reasons, the MSP is now the lead agency in the investigation. There are currently two suspects in custody who are believed to be involved in her disappearance. This investigation is ongoing and fluid. Once completed the investigation will be given to the Wayne County prosecutor for review,” Michigan State Police said.
The investigation is ongoing and police have released no details surrounding her death.
