A teen in a stolen Kia led officers on a high-speed chase from Westland to Detroit Friday night.
The pursuit began after officers spotted the stolen vehicle, driven by the suspect, refusing to stop.
The suspect reached speeds of nearly 100 mph.
With assistance from the Michigan State Police helicopter, authorities successfully followed the vehicle into Detroit, where the teen was later boxed in & apprehended.
No one was injured during the chase.
