Southfield Police bust Massage parlor owner in the act, accused of doing illicit acts for 10 years

A 61-year-old woman is facing multiple felony charges after police say she ran a massage parlor in Southfield that doubled as a front for prostitution for more than 10 years.

Rhonda Hahn, of Southfield, was arrested following the execution of a search warrant at Pressure Point Massage Therapy, located at W. 12 Mile Road. The operation was carried out by Southfield police and members of SEMTEC, which includes the FBI.

Police said in a news presser that Hahn was in the middle of performing a massage on a male client when law enforcement entered the business. The man, a resident of Bloomfield Hills, told detectives that Hahn was giving him a back massage while he was nude before she began touching his private area. According to police, the suspect stopped the moment officers began their search.

The client claimed he was unaware of any sexual acts being offered, police said.

During her interview with police, Hahn admitted she began offering sex acts at her massage business about 10 years ago — despite opening the business 25 years prior.

During a separate search of Hahn’s home, police recovered massage tables, robes, towels, and beds — suggesting that she may have also conducted similar services at her residence.

Southfield police say the investigation is ongoing, and further charges may be considered depending on the findings.
