An investigation is underway in Southfield after a man was shot at a park.
Southfield Police responded to a shooting at Simms Park on Pierce Street, 12 Mile and Southfield.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a 21-year-old male who was shot. The victim was transported to a local hospital, and his injuries are reported to be non-life-threatening.
The suspect is described as a male wearing all black clothing and latex gloves. He was last seen fleeing the area on foot.
The investigation remains ongoing.
