Police in Southgate are investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred inside a Downriver Kroger.
The incident happened Tuesday afternoon at the Kroger near Fort St. and Pennsylvania.
Police confirm a 23-year-old victim was stabbed to death. The suspect has been arrested.
Witnesses say an employee was involved.
