Wayne Police are investigating after a decomposed body was found in the Rouge River.
The discovery was made Wednesday night behind the Wayne City Hall, located on Michigan and Wayne Road.
A man was Kayaking in the river when he saw the body and notified police.
The body was badly decomposed and cause of death was not determined. The investigation is ongoing.
