A pedestrian is dead after being hit by a car in Midtown Detroit on Wednesday.
The crash happened on Woodward Ave near Warren Ave at around 8:30 a.m.
Multiple cars were involved in a collision, which led to one car hitting a pole and pedestrian on the side walk. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
The whole area is closed off as police investigate.
