The Oakland County Fair is back for another summer of family fun, now underway through July 20.
The fair officially opened on Friday, July 11, and runs daily with something for everyone.
Returning favorites include:
• Sea Lions Splash: An educational and entertaining sea lion show with three performances each day
• Racing Pigs: Watch three pig species race five times a day
• Show-Me-Safari Petting Zoo, with food available for purchase to feed the animals
The fair also includes horse competitions, animal exhibits, youth project displays, and themed days like Senior Day on July 14 and Individuals with Disabilities Day on July 17.
Main arena evening events include a demolition derby, microwrestling, figure-8 races, rodeo, monster trucks, and more. Tickets can be purchased at OakFair.org.
Admission is $15 per vehicle or $10 for motorcycles and walk-ins.
Springfield Oaks County Park is located at 12451 Andersonville Road in Davisburg, which is northwest of Pontiac. Fairgoers are encouraged to plan ahead due to ongoing I-75 construction near the park.
