A new hotel with a rooftop lounge has opened today in Detroit’s Corktown.
The luxury lifestyle hotel located at 1401 Michigan Ave.
Oxford’s wholly-owned management affiliate, Oxford Hotels & Resorts, LLC, will manage the property.
The 227-room, the seven-story hotel will feature Detroit’s largest indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge with views of downtown Detroit and Corktown, a ground-floor chef-driven restaurant, a distinctive lobby bar, a 5,500-square-foot grand ballroom that will accommodate events of more than 350 guests, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
The Godfrey Hotel Detroit is near the City Center and Michigan Central, and local attractions including Comerica Park, MGM Grand, Little Caesars Arena, Ford Field and is one-mile from Detroit River Walk.
