An endangered missing advisory has been issued by Michigan State Police for a 1-month-old girl who was last seen in Oakland County.
Eliza Prowell-Smith was last seen in at 2385 South Blvd in Auburn Hills, Michigan
Police say Eliza is believed to be in the company of her mother, 32-year-old Amanda Prowell–Smit. Amanda has a documented mental status, and there are concerns that this child may be in danger.
Amanda has no money, no job, and no means of taking care of a child, police said.
