Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of Michigan who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of MDN and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. You must have an Instagram account in order to enter to win.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, the entrant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions and represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, entrants agree to accept the decisions of MDN as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.
Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted on Instagram starting on [June 5, 2024] and ending [on June 6, 2024]. All entries must be received by [June 6, 2024, at 8:00 am local time]. The winner will be selected on [June 6, 2024].
Entry Instructions: To participate in the giveaway, entrants are required to follow MDN and tag three friends in the comments section of the post titled “MDN GIVING AWAY 4 FREE TICKETS TO MICHIGAN CENTRAL STATION LIVE FROM DETROIT CONCERT STARING BIG SEAN, DIANA ROSS, AND MORE.” No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entry is exclusively via Instagram.
Prizes: The Winner of the giveaway (the “Winner”) will receive a ticket entry to the concert. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
Winner Selection and Notification: Only one winner will be chosen for this giveaway at random. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 15 days after the selection date on June 6, 2024. MDN is not responsible for any failure of the winner to receive notification due to incorrect, non-functioning contact information or settings that may block the receipt of our messages (such as spam or junk email filters). The selected winner must acknowledge receipt of the winning notification and accept the prize within one hour of being notified. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Rights Granted by You: By entering this content, you understand and agree that MDN, anyone acting on behalf of MDN and their licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
Terms & Conditions: MDN reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond their control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless MDN, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment, (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service, (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion, (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries, cancellation of game or tickets (vi).
