
11 people are being treated at Munson Medical Center after a mass stabbing at a Walmart in Traverse City Saturday afternoon. Officials say the suspect, a 42-year-old man, is in custody.
Police describe the incident as a random attack involving a folding knife-style weapon.
Munson Healthcare confirmed their emergency department is treating 11 victims, 6 are critical.
FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino announced on X that FBI personnel are also responding to assist with the investigation.
Law enforcement remains on scene as the investigation continues.
