A large police presence Tuesday afternoon near Van Dyke Avenue and 22 Mile Road outside a coffee shop following an officer-involved shooting.
Details remain limited, but we are told the shooting happened during a traffic stop.
Shelby Township police officers fired shots at a man, who was armed with a gun, and refused to drop it. CPR was performed en route to the hospital, and we are told he is deceased now according to sources.
