A man is dead after being struck by a semi on I-75 in Detroit.
The incident occurred Sunday at 6:30 p.m. on I-75 between 8 Mile and 7 Mile.
Michigan State Police responded to reports of a person running in and out through traffic.
The 28-year-old man from Detroit ran into the left center lane and was struck by a semi-truck, police said.
He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
