Southfield Freeway in Detroit is closed after a fatal freeway shooting on Saturday. All lanes are closed.
The shooting happened this afternoon on the northbound lanes of Southfield near I-96 Freeway.
A 35-year-old man was traveling on the freeway when another vehicle began firing multiple shots. The man was struck multiple times and rushed to the hospital with CPR in progress. He was pronounced dead on arrival.
