A man has died after falling through ice on the Detroit River.
The incident happened around 4 PM Saturday in the area of Atwater and Jos Campau.
The man was walking on the ice when he fell through and went into the water.
Emergency responders attempted to rescue and search for him for several hours, but he did not make it.
