A man is dead after he fell from the top floor of a parking garage on Sunday.
The incident happened at a parking garage on Shelby Street near Fort in downtown Detroit.
The Sterling Heights man, who was in his 30s, parked his car in the structure and then went to the top floor.
He reportedly attempted to jump across to another building but instead missed and fell to the ground. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detroit police only confirmed to us, preliminary, it appears to be an accidental death. The investigation is ongoing.
