Major Flooding in Metro Detroit: Water Pours Onto I-94, Residents Kayak Through Streets

Heavy flooding hit parts of metro Detroit Monday, with Macomb County seeing a big impact.

Streets were underwater in Clinton Township, Sterling Heights, Roseville, Eastpointe, St. Clair Shores, and Fraser.

In Roseville, one video showed water gushing onto I-94 near 12 Mile, while others captured people kayaking through flooded streets.

Over in Wayne County, Romulus experienced major flooding near the airport as storms moved through the region.
