Vice President Kamala Harris and her future running mate who has not been announced yet are set to hit the campaign trail, with a stop planned in #Detroit next week.
A location, day and time has not been released yet.
Following President Joe Biden’s withdrawal from the 2024 presidential race and his endorsement of Harris, she has been actively campaigning in key battleground states.
Harris is currently considering several potential running mates, including Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, and Michigan Senator Gary Peters.
The United Auto Workers union endorsed Harris today.
UAW President Shawn Fain stated, “Our job in this election is to defeat Donald Trump and elect Kamala Harris, who has a proven track record of delivering for the working class. We stand at a crossroads and must choose between a billionaire who opposes our union’s values and Kamala Harris, who supports us against corporate greed.” 📷: @kamalaharris
