Detroit Rapper @icewear_vezzo paid for every passenger who rode the 32 McNichols bus route on Friday till 6:00 p.m.
The rapper also stopped by at the bus stop on Gunston and 6 Mile to surprise passengers and employees at Zorba’s Coney Island, where he used to eat since he was just a child.
Today marked the release of his album, Live From The 6.
“I think it’s important we give back to show the other young guys who come up after us it’s cool to give back,” Icewear Vezzo told Metro Detroit News. “Everyone wants to push that character of who we are as artists, but to me, I think it’s important to let people know that’s music, but this is my life, this is who I am.”
