Malik Letroy Webb, 29, is charged with 19 counts including the shooting death of Dr. Barbara Wolf, 71.
Wolf was shot multiple times after stopping to assist Webb, who had driven his car into a ditch on Ray Road and North Oxford Road about 6:15 p.m.

A witness told investigators another vehicle – later identified to be the vehicle Wolf was driving – pulled behind Webb’s vehicle.
