A flash flood warning has been issued for metro Detroit, and it’s already causing a traffic mess for many people Thursday afternoon.
Storms will be moving in all evening. We already have been seeing flooding across several freeways, including Southfield Freeway.
There are power outages, and trees and wires are down. In one instance, the streets were flooded enough for a man to bring out his kayak in the area of 14 Mile and Mound.
