A large-scale narcotics investigation led to multiple arrests and the seizure of over $1.2 million in cash after law enforcement agencies executed search warrants across the metro Detroit area.
On February 5, 2025, local and federal authorities carried out eight search warrants as part of an ongoing drug trafficking investigation. The coordinated effort resulted in the arrest of four individuals and the confiscation of various firearms and illegal drugs.
Seized Items Include:
• Firearms: 7 handguns, 1 rifle
• Drugs: Cocaine, prescription pills, methamphetamine, psilocybin mushrooms, and bulk marijuana
• Cash: Over $1.2 million intended for forfeiture
The operation was a multi-agency effort, with COMET receiving support from the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office, FBI, DEA, and detectives from Clinton Township, Centerline, Shelby Township, and Troy Police Departments.
