An hearing in a metro Detroit courtroom took a turn after the defendant began to curse at the judge.
It happened in Washtenaw County District Court Cedric Simpson’s courtroom, the same judge who went viral months ago after a man Zoomed in while driving with a suspended license charge.
In this case, which happened yesterday, the defendant, Darrel, was in court for a trespassing charge in the Ann Arbor area. The defendant was upset with the delay of the case, which made him yell out, “kiss my a**.”
Judge Simpson began to address it, and that is when the defendant began to yell out “f***you” multiple times. The judge held him in contempt, and he was arrested and taken away.
