Warren police are investigating a chaotic scene near Van Dyke and 14 Mile after an altercation between two cars spilled into the roadway Friday afternoon.
Viewer Video shows one driver strike another vehicle, then reverse. During the confrontation, a person on foot hit the car. Moments later, another individual stood in front of the vehicle, and that’s when the driver accelerated and struck them.
The impact caused the victim to roll onto the top of the car before hitting the ground. Injuries were reported, though their condition is not yet known.
The driver fled the area but was stopped by police and taken into custody. @metrodetroitnews
