Eastpointe police are investigating a double shooting that occurred Thursday evening.
The incident took place on Greenbrier Street, near the area of 10 Mile and I-94.
A male and a female were struck during a drive-by shooting and are currently in critical condition.
“Officers were advised that there was a third person in the vehicle when it was struck by bullets. This person ran from the car, and his whereabouts are unknown at this time. It is unknown if this person was shot,” police said in a news release.
The suspects fled the scene in a dark blue Dodge Durango, which was reported stolen out of Grosse Pointe Park.
This marks the third shooting in Eastpointe in less than a month.
