The Damage Zone officially opened today, becoming Detroit’s first rage room.
Owner Zina Holifield, who moved to Detroit in 2013 to create meaningful change, introduced the concept to provide residents with an outlet for stress relief through controlled, 30-minute rage room sessions.
In addition to adult sessions, The Damage Zone stands out as the only rage room in the Midwest with tailored sessions for kids ages 5-12, offering young participants a unique opportunity to safely channel their energy and emotions under supervision, according to Zina.
