Detroit police broke up a large party that was being held on the city’s west side.
The incident took place Sunday night in the area of McNichols and Schaefer.
Detroit police deployed their block party detail, which consisted of dozens of officers along with a helicopter.
Officers began dispersing a crowd of more than 500.
Some individuals were seen being detained, but the majority of the crowd left without incident.
