MDN & Detroit Wing Company Giveaway Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of Michigan who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of MDN and Detroit Wing Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. You must have a Ticketmaster account in order to obtain the tickets and an Instagram account in order to enter to win.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the entrant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions, and represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, entrants agree to accept the decisions of MDN and Detroit Wing Company as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.
3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted on Instagram starting on [January 7, 2024] and ending [January 9, 2024]. All entries must be received by [January 9, 2024 at 11:59 PM, local time].
4. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must follow both MDN and Detroit Wing Company on Instagram and tag two people under the timeline post titled “DETROIT WING COMPANY, MDN TEAM UP TO GIVE AWAY 2 LIONS PLAY OFF TICKETS.” No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The giveaway is only valid to enter through Instagram.
5. Prizes: The Winner of the giveaway (the “Winner”) will receive two [2] tickets to the Detroit Lions Playoff game (Date to be determined). The specific game and seat details will be provided upon prize awarding. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. The prize will be emailed.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: There will be only one winner for this giveaway. The Winner will be selected by a random drawing through comments under the post titled “DETROIT WING COMPANY, MDN TEAM UP TO GIVE AWAY 2 LIONS PLAY OFF TICKETS”. The Winner will be notified by [Instagram Direct Message] within 15 (15) days following selection on January 10, 2024. MDN and Detroit Wing Company shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. The Winner must confirm receipt of the notification and acceptance of the prize within two (2) days of notification. Failure to do so could result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
This additional clause ensures a smooth process in confirming the winner and awarding the prize, and also provides a clear course of action in case the initial winner does not respond in a timely manner.
7. Rights Granted by You: By entering this content, you understand and agree that MDN and Detroit Wing Company, anyone acting on behalf of MDN and Detroit Wing Company, and their licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
8. Terms & Conditions: MDN and Detroit Wing Company reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond their control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless MDN and Detroit Wing Company and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment, (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service, (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion, (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries, cancellation of game or tickets (vi).

11. Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of Michigan, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Michigan having jurisdiction.
12. Force Majeure: MDN & Detroit Wing Company are not liable if the game does not happen as a result of natural disasters, war, lockdown, pandemic, or other causes not reasonably within your control.
