Dearborn issues 850+ tickets for tints in 2 months

Dearborn police have issued more than 850 tickets for illegally tinted windows since
launching a crackdown on Dec. 26.
Officers say dark tints pose safety risks by obstructing visibility for both drivers and law enforcement.
The department has ramped up traffic enforcement and has no plans to ease up on the effort.
