A celebrity basketball game hosted by Seize the smoke will happen next weekend.

Seize The Smoke is dedicated to a movement that promotes peace, love, and unity inspired by the tragic loss of Khalil Allen, an 18-year-old young man.

Khalil was on his way to grab food from a local Coney Island and was fatally shot while driving on McNichols near Southfield Freeway in July 2023. His case still remains unsolved.

The game will happen on Sunday, 2/25, at the Wayne State Fieldhouse in Detroit.

Tickets are just $25 ( http://tinyurl.com/272nm4f4) Proceeds will be used to fund HBCU scholarships in Khalil’s name and fund more Anti-Violence Awareness activities and events in the community.
