A 7-year-old girl is dead after a crash on Detroit’s east side Friday night. The crash happened on Van Dyke near E McNichols. Preliminary, a Mercury sedan blew a tire which caused the vehicle to cross the center lane and hit Honda head-on. Three children were inside the Mercury. A 7-year-old girl was killed.
Southfield Freeway has closed down after a body was found on the freeway. The investigation is happening on the southbound lanes of Southfield near Warren Ave. At this time, it’s unknown how the female’s body got there or her cause of death.
