Sterling Heights man faces drug chargers after selling Fentanyl
A Sterling Heights man was arrested after he was allegedly manufacturing fentanyl disguised as Adderall pills. In July 2023, members of the Warren Narcotics Unit followed up on information regarding a male subject living in Sterling Heights possibly selling and manufacturing various types of narcotics out of his home. Officers began to look into this
