2 Detroit police officers have been charged with several felonies after they allegedly abused their children. The incident happened in the city of #Flint, where the married couple live. The officers allegedly physically assaulted their 12-year-old and 15-year-old. According to reports, the parents allegedly used police tactical moves including putting the kids in a chokehold.
