Cars at the Station is back for its second year, taking over Michigan Central Station this Friday and Saturday with one of the biggest car shows of the year.
The free event runs:
• Friday, Sept. 19: 4 p.m. – 9 p.m.
• Saturday, Sept. 20: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Visitors will see more than 200 vehicles on display in front of Michigan Central, a RADwood showcase featuring the best cars of the ’80s and ’90s, plus a massive parking garage car meet at the nearby Bagley Mobility Hub.
Highlights include manufacturer ride-alongs, racing simulators, displays, food trucks, live music, and a 21+ drink tent. VIP cars will be showcased directly in front of the station.
Law enforcement will be on site all weekend. Organizers ask visitors to respect the community and avoid dangerous driving.
