Detroit is once again in the national spotlight as Campus Martius Park has been named the best public square in the United States for the third year in a row.
The recognition comes from USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards, where the park was nominated by experts and selected through public voting.
Located in the heart of Downtown Detroit, Campus Martius attracts more than 4.5 million visitors each year and hosts over 1,200 free events, including concerts, festivals, and community activities.
Detroit’s Riverwalk was also honored, winning the title of best riverfront in the country.
