An investigation is underway after a body was found in a burning car Saturday night.
The investigation is happening on John R, near Grand Blvd and Woodward in Detroit.
Firefighters arrived at the scene after getting reports of a car fire. After they put the fire out, they found a body inside.
UPDATE: Detroit police now believe the driver crashed before the car caught on fire.
