A barricaded gunman situation is unfolding at an apartment complex in Madison Heights on Saturday.
The incident is happening at the Madison Woods West complex, located at 330 E Thirteen Mile Rd.
The situation has been ongoing for several hours. Madison Heights Police and Oakland County SWAT are on scene, and negotiations are underway.
Police have not yet released official details, but residents at the complex tell us the person inside had a g.n and reportedly flashed it at other people living at the complex.
