At least 10 people were shot Sunday morning at a church in Grand Blanc, Michigan, just outside Flint.
The incident happened at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on McCandlish Road near Holly Road.
Authorities say the attacker rammed a car through the church’s front doors during a service with hundreds of people inside, then got out and opened fire.
Police confirm nine victims are injured (some critically) and one is dead.
The suspected 40-year-old gunman was fatally shot by police. Investigators believe the fire inside the church was intentionally set.
As of now, no motive has been released, and no details about the suspect’s identity have been shared.
Police are still searching the building for victims who could not be reached because of the fire.
*UPDATE: Police now confirm 3 people are dead including the suspect. Police also found IED explosive devices in the suspect’s truck. Officials say more information is expected to be released at 5 p.m. during a press conference.*
