Halloween In The D Is Back: Free Candy, Haunted Houses, Face Painting & More

Halloween in the D is back for its 8th year with family-friendly fun and safe trick-or-treating across Detroit. Events include Halloween parties, trunk-or-treats, and fall festivals.

ScareFest October 25 • 5–10 p.m.

Palmer Park — 910 Merrill Pl. Zombie Trail of Terror, thrill rides, haunted dinosaurs, inflatables, food trucks and vendors.

Halloween Night October 31

Trunk-or-treats at Detroit Police precincts and Fire Department engine houses plus activities at 14 recreation centers.

Fall Fest November 8 • 1–5 p.m.

Williams Park — 8431 Rosa Parks Blvd.

Rides, games, hay and pony rides, petting zoo, paintball, rock climbing, zip lining, coat giveaway, food trucks and vendors.
