A group of illegal-street racers took over an intersection Sunday night going into Monday morning and tore down a street sign.
It happened at Rosa Parks and Atkinson, just north of Grand Boulevard.
Video shows what appears to be young teens taking down the sign and putting it in the street. The whole thing lasted less than two minutes.
The Detroit police Drag Racing Detail got there and cleared the area after the incident. The incident remains under investigation, according to DPD.
