Detroit police are investigating a crash that left 2 people deceased and two others seriously injured.
At approximately 1:45 a.m., Detroit police officers responded to a single-vehicle crash at Gratiot and French on the east side.
According to investigators, there were four adults in the car. Two of the victims were pronounced deceased at the scene. One was transported to a local hospital in critical condition, and the fourth victim is listed in stable condition.
Preliminary information suggests the vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed before losing control and crashing into the building.
