A car slammed into an occupied apartment near Greenfield and Fenkell on Thursday morning.
Bystanders tell the driver was speeding before losing control. The car rolled and crashed into the building, also knocking down a nearby light pole.
The driver was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The crash is under investigation.
