Activewear brand Alo will be the first retail tenant at the new Hudson’s Detroit development on Woodward Avenue.
The store will open at 1272 Woodward Ave. in late summer 2025. It will be part of the 1.5 million-square-foot project built on the site of the old J.L. Hudson Department Store.
The Hudson’s site will also feature an event space, General Motors’ future headquarters, office space, condos, a public plaza, a five-star hotel, and more.
Additional retail tenants will be announced soon, according to Bedrock.
