One person is dead after a driver fled from police in Detroit.
The crash happened on Murray Hill near Puritian and Southfield Freeway.
According to police, officers from the 12th precinct initiated a traffic stop, and the driver fled.
The alleged suspect, in his 20s, then crashed into an innocent driver who was in his 60s shortly after.
The innocent driver died. The suspect was transported to the hospital after fleeing on foot and being arrested.
Police say the vehicle was stolen out of Redford and the suspect had a warrant for assault in Eastpointe.
