
A desperate search is ongoing for 17-year-old London Thomas, who was last seen on Sunday, April 6. Police and family members are asking for the public’s help in finding her.
London was last seen on Carlysle Street in Inkster, reportedly with her boyfriend, according to family.
Her phone later pinged in a field near Cooper Upper Elementary School, located on Ann Arbor Trail in Westland, between Inkster and Middlebelt Roads.
She is described as 5’8, 115 pounds, with red and blonde hair and a red butterfly tattoo on her neck. She was last seen wearing pink Crocs, black leggings, and either a black hoodie with a Jason mask or a green hoodie that says “1-800 Mental Health Matters.”
Details about who she was last seen with or whether that person is being questioned.
A community search party is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 12 p.m. in Inkster. Volunteers are asked to meet at Cooper elementary in Westland.
